The Santiago Brothers Story
It all began with a truck and a lawn mower. The Santiago brothers embarked on their journey by mowing lawns on weekends to earn extra cash. In 1996, they took the leap and established their own maintenance company, aptly named Santiago Brothers.
Driven by passion and determination, they expanded their services in 2001 to include Landscape Installations, leading to the birth of Santiago Landscape & Maintenance Inc. Despite our evolution and growth, our commitment to quality and reliability has remained unwavering.

“Santiago Landscape was one of the few landscape companies in Reno that actually responded to my RFI. While communication was sometimes a little slow, it took a while to get the contract, they did eventually always get back to me. We worked with Elsa who was extremely knowledgeable, and once we got on their schedule was constantly checking in and came to the project often. They re-did our backyard for us which was in major need of TLC. They removed a failing deck, graded our yard, installed a paver patio, put in new grass and over all changed the look completely. The team who worked on our project was always on time, stayed late, and worked incredibly hard to make our yard so beautiful. It took about 2 weeks for them to finish the project. The crew also made suggestions mid-project that we took into consideration and ended up agreeing to because they made so much sense, like adding bend-a-board material between the grass area and the rocks so that the rocks didn’t keep sliding into the grass area and it kept it neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend using Santiago Landscape.”
